"With the success of our Hauppauge location we felt the need to have a presence on the East End of Long Island," said Charley Gargano, Founder and President of Charley Gargano Studios Inc. It has always been a dream of mine to open studios across Long Island staffed with enough talent to produce high quality commissioned work for local businesses and non-profit organizations."
The studio is setup to accommodate both traditional and digital spaces and will continue the mission of the studio which is to create impactful pieces using all-natural, organic materials. "Our canvasses, brushes, paints, and even inks for our digital printers are all made from natural products with no harmful chemicals or off-gassing."
The studio has made a name for itself by showcasing dynamic pieces that combine traditional and digital pieces in high profile public spaces such as Central Park, Jones Beach, and Easthampton Village. They were commissioned to create over 20 pieces in 2014 and have already reached that number in the first quarter of 2015.
When asked if there will be additional expansion beyond Hauppauge and Westhampton Charley Gargano said he would love to open Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn Studios by the end of 2016. Long Islanders will be seeing a lot more of the studio's pieces over the months and are encouraged to share their thoughts with the studio.
