Charlotte's HomeArama 2013 Opening November 9th at Cheval in Mint Hill, NC

MINT HILL, N.C., Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paris Projects, Ltd., announced today Charlotte's 2013 HomeArama at Cheval is less than a week away from its Opening Night Gala.

Developer Keith Paris' luxury, new home community of Cheval located in South Charlotte was selected to host this year's HomeArama event by the Homebuilders Association of Charlotte.

"We are honored that Cheval was selected as the featured community for the 2013 HomeArama out of all the new home communities in the Greater Charlotte area. With the late fall this year, the changing colors of the leaves will make the perfect backdrop to showcase the six outstanding model homes in this year's event," said Keith Paris.

The esteemed group of homebuilders participating in this year's HomeArama at Cheval includes Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Bellamy Homes, Classica Homes, Evans Coghill Homes and Grandfather Homes. Six furnished, designer model homes will be available to tour ranging in price from $550,000 to over $943,250.

This year's HomeArama sponsors include Electrolux, Piedmont Natural Gas and The Lincoln Motor Company. Several special events have been planned: Food Truck Thursday on 11.14^th from 4 to 8 PM and Chef's Day on Wednesday, 11.20^th from 12 to 2 PM and Designer Day on Friday, 11.22^nd from 11 to 2 PM.

HomeArama will open to the public on Saturday, November 9^th. The event will be open daily 10:00 - 7:00 PM, except Mondays, and will run through Sunday, November 24^th. Tickets are available for purchase via the ChevalNC.com website - $12 for adults and seniors or $15 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free to attend. The HomeArama Entrance is located at 11977 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227.

A Shuttle Bus will provide transportation to tour the six model homes with occasional stops throughout the community and its five parks. The Joli Cheval Equestrian Center, a 50-acre privately owned 8000+ square foot facility will be toured by bus.

Lunch and dinner will be available for purchase at Cheval served by Chillin & Grillin.

REALTOR DAY at Cheval will be held on Monday, November 11^th for all licensed agents to tour and have lunch. Event is not open to the public.
