Chef Deb Paquette Shares Her Colorful And Exciting Nashville Cuisine With The Plugra Gourmet Club

Longtime Nashville culinary fixture, Chef Deb Paquette, speaks to her desire to challenge the palettes of food lovers with a Culinary Exchange menu.


In partnership with SAVEUR Magazine, Plugra European-Style Butter enlisted Plugra-loving chefs from around the country to bring their signature styles and recipes to culinary enthusiasts.

The menu created by Chef Paquette for the Plugra Gourmet Club focuses on quality ingredients and international dishes. According to Chef Paquette, "The style at Etch is Mediterranean with Turkish influences, a touch of Moroccan with hints of Lebanese…and Spain. We've incorporated this into the Gourmet Club menu, too, with the flavors in the Duck Breast with Ginger Grits and Sweet Potato Guava Sauce to the elements of the Potato Brioche Sopapilla."

Every other month, Plugra features a new chef and cuisine, providing the tools needed for food enthusiasts to join together, gain knowledge and celebrate their passion for food.
