As host of the Deerhurst Resort Fall Culinary Weekend, October 28 to 30, Smith has crafted the menus for both Friday night's casual marché dinner and Saturday's interactive "cook the book" dinner event.
The Deerhurst getaway package's cookbook-themed signature evening will feature many of the "100 favourite easy recipes" Smith created for his latest book, as well as roles for many of the dinner guests.
