Cheiron Records Signs Rising Recording Artists Alani Claire and D.B. Ricapito

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cheiron Records announced today that it has signed a global recording contract with rising artists Alani Claire and D.B. Ricapito. In addition, the label is poised to become the flagship entity of its parent company, Cheiron Music Group (CMG), and will handle all distribution and label services for artists signed by CMG. CMG's other existing record label, Rocket Records, will now be merged into Cheiron Records, effective immediately, and all of CMG's artists will be releasing new music under the Cheiron Records label moving forward.

"Alani Claire has quickly gained a solid international fan following through her live appearances on multiple social media platforms, namely on the popular Krue TV music site where we first discovered her earlier this year. While she is primarily a Pop artist, her immense natural talent as a singer and musician has the potential to reverberate across multiple genres and listener demographics, so we could not be more thrilled to be working with her. D.B. Ricapito is a wonderful music talent who has the uncanny ability to consistently captivate listening audiences with his incredible vocal tone. I have yet to come across a singer who showcases such raw feeling and emotion through his vocal tone during live performances. On top of that, he is an excellent guitar player and songwriter who really has his pulse on crafting catchy songs in the genre of Pop, so we are very excited to get working with him on some brand-new music here pretty soon."

With CMG's decision to place all of its recording artists under its Cheiron Records label moving forward, that means the company's artists currently under its Rocket Records label will be transferred to Cheiron Records. This includes Emily Lucas, Saagar Ace, and Tray Johnson, as well as other artists recently signed by CMG (but not announced publicly yet) who were to be under Rocket Records but will now instead be under Cheiron Records. Says Pasquin of this change, "With all of the exciting things happening at Cheiron Music Group right now, I just felt it was important to emphasize the Cheiron name and brand itself even more moving forward. The decision was a little bittersweet for me on both a personal and professional level, having founded Rocket Records over 15 years ago and being very proud of the Rocket brand throughout the years, but I just felt that placing all of our company's music acts under Cheiron Records right now will only further enhance the iconic Cheiron music brand and hopefully help place it atop the music industry mountain once again, where it was positioned around two decades ago thanks to all of the incredible pop music written and produced by the original Cheiron Studios production team for famous recording artists such as the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Ace of Base, and a bunch of others."

The artists signed to Cheiron Records are overseen creatively by Tim Coons, CMG's President and Director of A&R who is the original music producer of famous pop music acts such as the Backstreet Boys, JoJo, Jesse McCartney (Dream Street) and a few others. Coons, who owns and operates the Atlantic Hill Music Studios in the Orlando, Florida (USA) area, is primarily responsible for all facets of CMG's music production affairs, which at times includes creative collaborations with outside music producers such as Isaac Hasson (Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Kris Allen, Rachel Crow, Cassie Steele, etc.), Chris Sernel (Jason Derulo, Cee Lo Green, Britt Nicole, Union J, Bea Miller, etc.), and some others who have produced and/or written original music for recording artists with CMG.

Cheiron Records plans on publicly announcing even more new recording artist signings in the near future, and the label is due to release brand-new singles from Saagar Ace and Tray Johnson later on this month.
