Iced Blended Coffee Beverages are Newest Addition to McCafe Beverage Line
LOS ANGELES, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern California McDonald's® restaurants are introducing McCafe Frappes. The newest addition to the McCafe beverage line, McCafe Frappes are thick and creamy, blended-ice drinks available in either mocha or caramel, with a hint of coffee, and served with whipped cream and either chocolate or caramel drizzle.
Customers are invited to try a free sample-sized McCafe Frappe from April 15-17 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at participating McDonald's restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
"We know customers are going to love the new McCafe Frappes when they try them, so we want everyone to come enjoy one on us," said Neil Ruby, McDonald's owner/operator and president of the McDonald's Operator's Association of Southern California (MOASC). "Our McCafe Frappes are a sweet treat for those who need a little pick-me-up anytime of the day or night."
McCafe Frappes are available in 12, 16 or 22 ounces starting at a suggested retail price of $2.29 (price and participation may vary).
The addition of McCafe Frappes to the menu reinforces McDonald's as a one-stop destination for a variety of great tasting quality beverages at a convenience and value that only McDonald's can offer. In addition to Frappes, the McCafe beverage line, first introduced in May 2009, includes hot and iced premium roast drip coffee, lattes and cappuccinos.
