China Alliance Communications Launches US-China Investment Summit: Focus On New York Real Estate

NEW YORK, June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- China Alliance Communications (CAC) launches  its first US-China Investment Summit, an innovative platform that  brings together  U.S. projects and qualified Chinese investors, in collaboration with China Vanke and China Urban Realty Association (CURA). The summit, to be held at the Vanke International Conference Center in Shenzhen, China from July 25-27, 2012,  focuses on the New York real estate projects.

More than one hundred qualified Chinese investors seeking opportunities for investment partnerships in the New York real estate will attend the Summit,including financial institutions, private equity funds and real estate investment firms, as well as qualified private investors. Interactive workshops and direct dialogues between investors and investment opportunities at the Summit are anticipated to inspire Chinese investors to transit from their current development-centric business model to a broader real estate capital market, and start establishing a trustworthy and long-term investors' relationship.
