SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China BAK Battery, Inc. ("China BAK" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CBAK), a leading global manufacturer of lithium-based battery cells, today announced that the Company will celebrate a milestone on September 23, 2011, as the date marks the 10 year anniversary of the Company.

The Company will invite a few government officials, customers, suppliers and other guests at its 10 year anniversary celebration.
