China Green Agriculture, Inc. Holds 10th Annual Distributor Conference

XI'AN, China , Jan 5 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA; "China Green Agriculture" or "the Company"), a leading producer and distributor of humic acid ("HA") based compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., today announced that it has successfully completed the Company's 10th annual distributor conference held on December 19th and 20th, 2009 at China Green Agriculture's headquarters in Xi'an , Shaanxi Province . In attendance were over 200 distributors across 27 Chinese provinces along with key government officials from the Yanglin Agriculture High-Tech Zone.

Distributors and guests toured the Company's headquarters and both the production and R&D facilities during the two-day event, with the main ceremony held at the Company's production facility located in Xi'an . Mr. Tao Li shared with attendees the Company's outlook which included the goal of reaching full capacity of its 55,000 metric tons production facilities within the next 3 years, expanding its R&D facilities, and strengthening the Jinong brand among end users. In addition, the Company hosted a half-day training session focused on effective marketing and branding techniques to assist distributors in propelling China Green Agriculture's Jinong brand. The Company also recognized 20 distributors for their outstanding achievements in 2009.
