China Green Agriculture, Inc. Reminds Investors of September 26, 2011 Gufeng Production Plant Tour

(NYSE: CGA; "China Green Agriculture" or the "Company"), a producer and distributor of humic acid based compound fertilizers, blended fertilizers, organic compound fertilizers, mixed organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, slow-release fertilizers, and highly-concentrated water soluble fertilizers through its wholly owned subsidiaries in China, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd. ("Jinong") and Beijing Gufeng Chemical Products Co., Ltd. ("Gufeng"), today issued a reminder to investors of its coming Gufeng production plant tour on the morning of September 26, 2011.

Departure time: 8:15 a.m., September 26, 2011
Location: Lobby of China World Hotel, No. 1 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Beijing

China Green Agriculture will provide the transportation directly to Gufeng and will return to the China World Hotel at around 1:00 p.m.

Pick up and drop off at the Beijing Capital International Airport can be arranged.

Mr. Tao Li, Chairman and CEO of China Green Agriculture, and Mr. Qingxin Jiang, Chairman and CEO of Gufeng will host the event. The tour will cover Gufeng's production facilities, including the new highly automated production line that started operating in April 2011. The new line has an annual capacity of 200,000 metric tons.
