("China Housing" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: CHLN) today announced that the Company will hold its 2015 annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders at its corporate headquarter at 1008 Liuxue Road, Baqiao District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China at 9:00 a.m. local Time on December 30, 2015 (8:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on December 29, 2015).
Shareholders of record as of November 23, 2015 will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the annual general meeting. The Company also filed its annual report on Form 10-K, including its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
