(Nasdaq: CBEH), a leading non-state-owned integrated energy company in the People's Republic of China, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase by the Company of up to $20 million of its shares of common stock over the next 24 months, subject to the Company's blackout period restrictions.
