China Natural Gas to Announce Third Quarter Earnings On November 14

XI'AN, China, Nov. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Natural Gas, Inc. ("China Natural Gas" or the "Company") (Nasdaq GM: CHNG), a leading provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicular fuel and pipeline natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential use in Xi'an, China, today announced that it has filed for an extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will file its quarterly Form 10-Q and announce financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 on Monday, November 14.
