Fluorite reserves are limited around the world. As a non-renewable resource, fluorite is widely applied in metallurgy, chemicals and building materials. In order to realize the rational exploitation and to promote the integration of resources, and to improve the industry concentration, the Chinese Government has issued a series of regulations on fluorite so far this year.
For the purpose of discussing the development plan and becoming a policy-oriented fluorite industry, and in order to promote the healthy development of the fluorite industry, the 2010 China Fluorite Annual Meeting was held from October 13 to 15 in Wuhan, China, which was sponsored by the China Fluorite Professional Committee.
The establishment of China Fluorite Group and the uniformed planning of mining and developments were the core topics of the meeting. Ms Yu Xiaojing, CEO of China Shen Zhou Ming（NYSE Amex: SHZ）made a speech in the meeting at the professional committee's invitation.
Many experts and scholars in the fluorite industry attended the meeting. The Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China participated in the discussion of the topics.
As the largest reserve of fluorite resources in North China, China Shen Zhou must get the opportunity to show a momentum of good development.
