BEIJING, China, March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, Inc. ("China Shen Zhou" or the "Company") (NYSEAMEX: SHZ), a company engaged in the exploration, development, mining and processing of fluorite, zinc, lead, copper, and other nonferrous metals in China, today announced that it has received a recent report regarding the Company's operations, finances and outlook.
Upon reviewing, management believes there are a significant number of factual errors and miscalculations in the report. Management does not agree with the author's conclusions and is preparing a response to these allegations and factual errors.
