China TMK Battery Systems Inc. Announces Name Change from Deerfield Resources, Ltd.; Trading Symbol Remains DFEL

SHENZHEN, China, June 30 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China TMK Battery Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFEL) ("TMK" or the "Company"), a Chinese manufacturer and distributor of customized rechargeable battery solutions to global consumer product companies, today announced that it has changed its name from "Deerfield Resources, Ltd." to "China TMK Battery Systems Inc." The Company's common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol DFEL.

The purpose of the name change is to better reflect the Company's position as a leading manufacturer and distributor of high rate discharge Nickel Metal Hydride ("Ni-MH") multi-cell batteries to a diverse roster of large, consumer-focused clients with major production facilities in China.
