(NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced it has signed an agreement with franchise partner Jalili/Spitzig, LLC to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites in Irvine, CA. The 122-room Cambria property will be located at 17662 Armstrong Avenue, and is expected to open in early 2017.

Monir and Houshang Jalili along with Jim Spitzig of Level 3 Development, represent the ownership group leading the project. Level 3 Development has developed several mid to upscale hotel projects over the past 10 years.
