Chris Gibbs Named As Creative Director For Heineken USA's 2013 "Heineken 100" Program
Premier Beer Importer Partners with Touted Fashion Retail Owner for Limited-Edition Product Series
NEW YORK, July 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Heineken®, the world's most international brewer, today announced Chris Gibbs, owner of Union LA, as Creative Director for the 2013 "Heineken 100" program—an exclusive seeding program that celebrates Heineken's "Man of the World." Under creative guidance of Chris Gibbs, the duo will partner on a series of collaborative products throughout the year with fashion designer, Mark McNairy; LA-based brand, Killspencer; Japan-based denim brand, Neighborhood; and legendary NYC graffiti artist and designer, Eric Haze.

Last year, Heineken commissioned Chris Gibbs and fashion designer, Mark McNairy, to create a unique color offering of McNairy's leather saddle shoe. The all black leather shoe with a classic silhouette features a modern twist by incorporating a cushioned sole in Heineken green.

In its fourth year, the "Heineken 100" influencer program identifies and celebrates various tastemakers across the nation, who represent Heineken's "Man of the World".
