Christopher Vulliez and Doxa Special Projects Group Announce The Successful Completion of Several Recent Assignments

NEW YORK, Dec. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Christopher Vulliez and Doxa Special Projects Group ("Doxa SPG") have recently completed several assignments on behalf of our diverse client group.  Doxa SPG's corporate finance team performed due diligence on two privately held industrial businesses prior to their being acquired by private equity firms.  Our analysis identified specific areas of strength while also pinpointing certain risks and opportunities for improvement.

We also recently completed in-depth market research studies into the high pressure industrial air compressor industry and separately, in the chemical compound market serving the food and beverage industries.  In each case, our customized analysis of these markets allowed us to make specific recommendations to our clients about how best to enter these markets while minimizing intrinsic risks.

Doxa SPG's litigation support group was retained to assist our client in a legal matter seeking the recovery of funds. A complaint was filed in New York Supreme Court and served upon the individual residing in France through The Hague Convention.  We identified and vetted local counsel in Paris and made the introduction to our client and New York counsel.  Doxa SPG was tasked to identify whether the individual was residing in Paris or Hong Kong at the time.   Doxa SPG located the person in Paris and performed an extensive asset search in France.  We successfully identified several assets held by the individual which were subsequently seized or frozen pursuant to a Judgment.

Christopher Vulliez founded Doxa SPG in January 2017.  Prior to Doxa SPG, Chris was Managing Director of Washington Square Analytics, Inc., where he ran all of the firm's corporate finance, due diligence and risk mitigation projects.  Chris has been conducting financial analysis, corporate research and due diligence on companies globally for the last 23 years. Previously, Chris was a co-founder and Portfolio Manager at Cadmus Capital Management, Portfolio Manager at Perry Capital and senior research analyst at Brahman Capital Management.  Chris began his career at Dillon Read & Co, Inc. as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions department.  Chris received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
