Cinderella to CEO™ Awards Announces Accomplished Judges

DALLAS, April 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The inaugural Cinderella to CEO Awards tour for nominees, which launched on the Carnival Dream ship in February, continues its search for women who have transformed a community, business or industry for the better. The tour has attracted nominees throughout the country. Final nominations are due by May 5.  The Awards Show is scheduled for August 8.

Nominations can be submitted on the website: cinderellaceoawards.com -To enter, an Entrant must either 1) submit information, or 2) be nominated by a third party at cinderellaceoawards.com/nominate/.

"Inspired by the book From Cinderella to CEO, and the classic fairy tales that we all know, these new breakthrough awards will recognize women with real-life transformational stories who are making their mark and changing the world for the better," said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, a member of the national nominating committee for Cinderella to CEO Awards and founder of Carnival's internal women's program, Aspiring Women.

Other members of the Cinderella to CEO Awards nominating committee include Sam Saperstein, head of Chase Bank Women on the Move and Judy Hendrick, CFO & EVP, Aimbridge Hospitality and founder of the company's WLEAD leadership program for women.  "Our nominating committee is pleased to announce five prestigious judges for the Cinderella to CEO Awards to be held in New York on August 8th," said Ms. Duffy.

The nominating committee of the Cinderella to CEO Awards is encouraging everyone throughout the U.S. to nominate women with real-life, transformational stories who have shown exceptional bravery to achieve a significantly difficult goal, demonstrated outstanding and inspirational leadership, or solved a problem in an innovative way.          

Tour stops include New Orleans, Dallas, Memphis, Nashville, Chicago and New York.

Nine finalists will be announced by the Cinderella to CEO judges in early June. The Awards show is planned for August 8, 2019, in New York City.  

The Cinderella to CEO Awards are inspired by the book, From Cinderella to CEO, How to Master the 10 Lessons of Fairy Tales to Transform Your Work Life, authored by Cary J. Broussard with co-writer Anita Bell.
