Kerry Bender has 10 years of legal experience in the investment management industry, most recently as Counsel at Pershing (Lockwood), where she supported several business units on a wide-range of legal and compliance matters involving distribution platforms and separate accounts. Like her colleague, Linda Ridolfi also has over a decade in the industry, providing regulatory administration services at both BNY Mellon and PFPC. John Donegan has over 27 years experience in the financial services industry, with a diverse background in operations, trading and compliance, including the post of Chief Compliance Officer for two institutional broker-dealers.
