For students, MEETS 7 streamlines MEETS' already user friendly interface with a new calendar view showcasing upcoming sessions, the option to sync personal calendars with their teachers', as well as access to scheduling information and automatic updates, making for a simple web conferencing process without multiple pages or clutter.

MEETS 7 provides teachers and university administrators the ability to access a new appointment scheduler within the conferencing tool, letting them easily schedule secure office hours, tutoring sessions, and other one-on-one meetings. The upgrade also gives teachers and administrators easy access to teaching recordings and attendance records without being rerouted to an external platform.

With one click access to BlueJeans, Zoom, and many other web conferencing platforms, files are automatically pulled into the LMS where users can click to join a session from within the course page itself, eliminating the time-consuming navigation required of standard web conferencing systems.
