CIS Secure Computing Approved as a Trusted Integrator in the NSA/CSS Commercial Solutions for Classified Program

DULLES, Va., Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CIS Secure Computing Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been approved as a Trusted Integrator in the National Security Agency's Commercial Solutions for Classified Program (CSfC).  The agreement recognizes CIS's unique capabilities as a product manufacturer and provides the CSfC program with an avenue for the development of security-focused products utilizing CSfC listed component technologies.

Commercial Solutions for Classified Program is a new way of delivering secure solutions leveraging industry innovation to deliver Information Assurance (IA) solutions quickly. It is founded on the principle that properly configured, layered solutions can provide adequate protection of classified data in a variety of different applications. NSA has developed, approved and published solution-level specifications called Capability Packages, and works with Technical Communities from across industry, governments, and academia to develop and publish product-level requirements in US Government Protection Profiles (PPs).
