Citi Habitats Acquires aptsandlofts.com in NYC

NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Citi Habitats, a division of The Corcoran Group, today announced it has acquired the assets of David Maund Inc., which does business as aptsandlofts.com and is headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y.  Founded in 2002, aptsandlofts.com is a leading real estate brokerage, rental and new development marketing firm with a strong presence in the borough.  The company will now operate under the Citi Habitats name.  

David Maundrell, founder, owner and president of aptsandlofts.com, will assume the role of Citi Habitats Executive Vice President – Brooklyn and Queens New Development.  In this new position, Maundrell will work with developers to successfully market new residential buildings throughout these two boroughs, which are currently experiencing a boom in new construction.
