City Constructors, Inc. and Straub Construction, Inc. announce joint venture to expand each companies reach and capabilities across the Southern California
LOS ANGELES and FALLBROOK, Calif., June, 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- City Constructors, Inc. (CCI) and Straub Construction, Inc. have announced a joint venture to extend each companies general construction capabilities and reach across Southern California.
Both Straub and CCI will share ownership with 50% each.
This joint venture will operate under the name CCI-SCI Joint Venture, and will be based in Los Angeles, California.

The joint venture will combine Straub's bonding capacity and strong internal controls with CCI's great reputation in Los Angeles and construction expertise in historic, adaptive re-use projects to create an entity that will build the Case Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
