Cityside Wins Major Contract in 7 States, Hiring Hundreds of Vendors and 50 Employees by July 1
Property Preservation Contract Covers All of New England and New York for Regional Neighborhood Stabilization Efforts
MANCHESTER, N.H., May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cityside Management Corporation (www.citysidecorp.com), a leading national real estate services company, just won a major property preservation contract in seven states, creating 50 full-time jobs and opportunities for hundreds of small businesses in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, its CEO announces today.

According to Jennifer Raimer, Cityside's Chief Operating and Talent Officer, the new contract creates 50 full-time jobs to be filled before July 1. Positions include field quality inspectors, entry-level managers and accounting specialists; 30 jobs are in New Hampshire and the rest throughout New England and New York, she says. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
Raimer says Cityside is also aggressively recruiting new vendors to service thousands of properties through initial and weekly recurring services such as basic repairs, yard care, cleaning services, debris removal, winterizations and more. She says new vendor training, including how to use Cityside's mobile application for work orders, must be completed before July 1.
