CKM Entertainment LLC Acquires Indy Cigar Bar; Launches New Upscale Lounge Concept - BLEND | BAR & CIGAR

INDIANAPOLIS, July 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CKM Entertainment LLC ("CKM") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Indy Cigar Bar, the premier cigar shop and cigar bar in Indianapolis. Simultaneous to this acquisition, CKM also announced the opening of a new cigar lounge concept – BLEND | BAR & CIGAR.  This new venture will utilize the expertise and management of the Indy Cigar Bar and will open in August 2013.

BLEND | BAR & CIGAR, located at 3981 East 82nd Street in Indianapolis, will offer its customers both men and women, the most discriminating selections of cigars, wines and spirits in an exotic and refined environment.
