Clariant Oil Services Wins 2012 'World Oil' Award

HOUSTON, Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Clariant Oil Services' PHASETREAT suite of products has been named "Best Production Chemicals" by World Oil magazine, a leading oil and gas trade journal, as part of its 2012 World Oil Awards titled "Innovations for the Future."

The PHASETREAT products were commended for successfully separating the industry's emulsified oil and water for more than 50 years, while ensuring that environmental regulatory compliance  and sustainability targets are met.

Clariant Oil Services' SCALETREAT TP products were also named a finalist in the "Best Production Chemicals" category, and Dr. Jonathan Wylde, Global Application Development Manager, was named a finalist in the "Innovative Thinker" category.
