When it comes to tough regulations for tax evasion, no country comes close to Sweden. The governing tax agency called Skatteverket imposed a law back in 2010 forcing all money exchange merchants to use a sanctioned control box that tracks and records all monetary transactions. This law requires all software and hardware POS (Point-of-Sale) vendors who are targeting the Swedish businesses to apply for an approval by the tax agency before they can sell their product in Sweden.
