ClearPath Announces $1.3 Million in Series A Financing

The round was led by ff Asset Management, LLC a leading capital provider to innovative and disruptive technology companies and was substantially oversubscribed.

ClearPath has attracted a distinguished group of private and institutional investors, and is anticipating significant growth in 2010.
