Clearwater Systems Completes Sale of Dolphin WaterCare® to EVAPCO

MIDDLETOWN, Conn., July 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clearwater Systems announced today that it has completed the sale of its Dolphin WaterCare business to EVAPCO, Inc.  The transaction, facilitated by Headwaters MB acting as exclusive financial advisor to Clearwater, brings together the financial and industry strength of EVAPCO and the time-tested technology and extensive water treatment service capabilities of Dolphin WaterCare.
