Linda Austin and Kristan Joice join the expanding network of ClimbZone franchisee partners and add additional, unique perspectives to this emerging brand.
Ms. Austin has many years in both the franchise and real estate industries having owned a Rita's Italian Ice along with being an Associate Broker with Long and Foster. Ms. Austin's many years as an independent operator of a franchise unit brings a level of expertise to the ClimbZone brand which will serve as a vital ingredient to the successful launch of her unit. Ms. Austin will be opening the first family entertainment facility on Kent Island in Queen Anne's County, Maryland in 2017.
Ms. Joice is transitioning from being a manager at the corporate owned prototype facility in Laurel, Maryland to being one of the first franchisee partners for the brand. Ms. Joice already has the working knowledge of a unit which will allow her to quickly implement the operations strategies that make the brand such a successful business. Said Ms. Joice, "Transitioning from an employee role to an ownership role with ClimbZone is something my entire family is excited to experience." Ms. Joice will be opening a location in The Crossroads of White Marsh, Maryland.
