BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Notes (the "Noteholders") that at the meeting of such Noteholders held at the offices of the Issuer at Av. Leandro N. Alem 1050, 9^th floor, C1001AAS, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina on 4 August 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (City of Buenos Aires time), the resolution set out in the notice of meeting through clearing systems previously notified to Noteholders in accordance with the terms of the agency agreement for such Notes (the "Resolution") was duly passed by 100% of the Noteholders represented at the meeting, representing 93.99% of the outstanding Notes.

Amendment No. 1 to the Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement dated 19 August 2015 relating to the Notes, will be executed and attached to the Global Note Certificate of the Notes as soon as reasonably practicable following the approval from the Argentine National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores).
