OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 96 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable Nov. 16, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 31, 2018.
Total annual dividends paid to Clorox shareholders have increased each year since 1977.
