(Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, VCloud, Ltd.,  has received a purchase order from  Herricks Union Free School District in New Hyde Park, New York through its distribution channel partner Tridex Systems, Inc. The contract will cover the entire school district which consists of elementary, middle, and high schools. The VClouds email security solution will protect, 1500 computers utilized by teachers and administrative staff, from potential threats to their email system.

Viruses, malware and the hackers behind them are always changing and the demand for better software to deal with these threats is vital. Herricks Union Free School District is one of many educational institutions worldwide committing to purchasing email security solutions.
