(NYSE: MYCC) (the "Company"), a leading owner-operator of private golf and country clubs and business, sports and alumni clubs in North America, today announced that Fillmore CCA Investment, LLC (the "Selling Stockholder"), an affiliate of KSL Capital Partners, LLC, intends to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 10,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock pursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Selling Stockholder has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock. The Selling Stockholder will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.
