CMAC 2011 Attracts Civil and Military Leaders in Aviation, Excitement of AVALON 2011 Air Show

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) is staging its fourth Civil/Military Air Traffic Management Summit (CMAC) in Melbourne, Australia, at AVALON 2011, 1 – 3 March. The Summit is the premier forum of its kind, where senior civil and military leaders discuss visions, opportunities, and plans for civil/military collaboration to meet the evolving needs of the worldwide aviation community.

ATCA is sharing the stage at CMAC 2011 with AVALON 2011 – Airservices Australia and Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition, which features 600 aviation exhibitors. CMAC attendees will have complimentary access to the air show and chalets. CMAC 2011 is also supported by Airservices Australia, the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), CANSO, ICAO, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
