Salberg & Company has in the past and will continue to serve as CMARK's independent registered public accounting firm for all of company's financial statements and involved in the company's annual and quarterly reports or registration statements as may be required to be filed with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Salberg & Company, primary services of which include auditing, valuation services, accounting, business consulting and the servicing of small and medium size publicly held companies in the arena of SEC audits and SEC consulting, is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
