CMKI Hires New CEO To Lead It Into 2015

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CMK Gaming International, Inc. (OTC PINK: "CMKI") announced that it has hired Mr. Peter Dalton as its new CEO to lead the Company into 2015 by developing new games and building its online pachinko business and rewards program.  Mr. Dalton has significant experience in the digital game industry and has led companies in an executive capacity.  CMKI plans to expand its online presence where it believes it can market new pachinko games to a larger consumer audience. This year, the Company plans to open the first pachinko parlor in the U.S.

After completing his law degree, Mr. Dalton managed game studios for the past 19 years. He has produced titles for major motion picture studios, game publishers and broadcasters.  His credits range from PC games for Activision, Playstation, and various multiplayer downloadable games of skill and chance. Mr. Dalton spent seven years as an executive for Gremlin and 5 years at Zoo Digital as a production director.

Dalton believes that he can significantly grow CMKI's online presence and expressed his enthusiasm to get building. "Pachinko is a great new form of entertainment that can only increase in popularity as we develop CMKI's online business and casino partnerships," said Dalton.
