CMO Software Appoints Industry Stalwart Jim Darragh as New CEO

Experienced Business Leader Darragh to Spearhead CMO's Next Phase of Growth

CMO Software, the global market leader in enterprise Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSE&Q) & Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for corporations and regulators has appointed Jim Darragh as its Chief Executive Officer. Darragh will lead the business in capitalising on high growth and burgeoning international demand for CMO's best-in-class software solutions.

With more than 20 years' experience in building successful international software businesses, Darragh joins CMO from WAN optimisation company Ipanema Technologies, which was acquired recently by InfoVista. He has previously served as CEO of Zeus Technology, and as Senior Vice President at Riverbed Technology following the acquisition of Zeus by Riverbed in 2011. Darragh has also held senior management positions at major corporations including SAP, CA Technologies, and BMC Software.

Backed by UK mid-market private equity investor Inflexion in 2013, CMO now serves more than 130 major customers in a global market growing at over 15% annually.
