The organization's San Jose studio was the venue for over 500 fans who attended the outdoor event in celebration of a new season.
Now the longest thriving performing arts organization in San Jose, CMT continues to be a highly visible and active part of the Silicon Valley business and nonprofit sectors. The season includes Rising Stars productions for ages 8-14: Barnum; Godspell; Disney's Aladdin, Jr.; The Music Man and Heidi. Mainstage shows for ages 14-20 will bring together high school and college students in the region for Smokey Joe's Cafe; Phantom and Jesus Christ Superstar. CMT Marquee Productions features local working actors and will attract top talent this season for A Chorus Line and a show – due to contract rights – to be announced September 1. Additionally, the anniversary season boasts a refreshed subscription package that includes free downtown parking and a personal ticketing concierge service.
