CNA Corporation President And CEO, Robert Murray, To Step Down Effective June 2015

ARLINGTON, Va., June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Board of Trustees of the CNA Corporation today announced that the corporation's long-time President and CEO Robert Murray will step down from the position, effective one year from now.

"It is with regret that I announce that Bob Murray has advised us of his intention to leave CNA on June 30, 2015," said Ambassador Rozanne L. Ridgway, Chair of CNA Corp.'s Board of Trustees. "We appreciate his many years of dedicated service to CNA."

Murray has served as president and CEO of the CNA Corp. since January 1990.  A search for his successor has been initiated.
