Coach by Cigna App Now Available on Apple iOS

Coach is now available on both Apple® iOS and Android^TM mobile smart devices.

Currently a go-to health and fitness app for more than 350,000 users in 15 nations in nine languages, Coach by Cigna is now available at no charge in the App Store^SM and Google Play^TM stores for mobile devices that have either the Apple® iOS9 or the Android™ Lollipop operating system.

Using a quick and easy 19-question multiple-choice survey, Coach by Cigna identifies your personality type, determines your aptitude (are you disciplined or disorderly), how you prioritize your health – all to better understand your wants, needs and preferences, and provide the right programs to help with diet, exercise, sleep, stress and weight.

Coach by Cigna then puts health, diet and fitness programs in the palm of your hand, featuring instructional videos and support from health coaches, and the tools to help you personalize your health goals, track progress and stay motivated for achieving better health and a sense of well-being.
