WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J., Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Coates International, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: COTE) –Coates International Ltd. (the "Company") on February 16, 2011 signed the second part of the agreement with one of the largest industrial engine generator manufacturing companies in China, where the Coates CSRV natural gas industrial electric power engine generators 6 cylinder, V12 and V16 units will be produced for distribution throughout the Eastern hemisphere.

Within the next thirty days, the Chinese delegation of business executives plan to visit the Coates headquarters in the USA, and visit Almont Energy, Inc. in Canada.

Management is extremely satisfied with the progress of this agreement. Details will be announced when all aspects of the deal are completed and duly executed.
