First Cobalt Corp. (TSX-V: FCC) (OTCQX: FTSSF) recently announced that it agreed on a term sheet with Glencore AG outlining the framework for a non-dilutive, fully funded, phased approach to recommission the First Cobalt Refinery in Ontario, Canada.
