Peter and Brenda Dawley have acquired all shares of Alliance Group of Companies including: Apex Industrial Solutions Inc., Blackridge Industrial Services Ltd., Cobalt Industries Ltd., Cobalt Industrial Projects Ltd., Dawner Services Ltd., Stone Mountain Projects Ltd., NiRA Resource Management Inc., and Nortech Safety Management Inc.
Under the change of ownership, the company will operate as the Cobalt Group and will concentrate on delivering its core competencies of providing quality and safe industrial/construction maintenance services to the mining, solid wood, pulp and paper, power, and biomass industries.
The change of ownership will enhance Cobalt Industries Ltd. as the company celebrates its 50th year in business in 2015. Cobalt Industries Ltd. will continue to provide quality service to our pulp and paper clients.
