NEW YORK, May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cobra Legal Solutions LLC, a leading provider of offshore legal support services, announced the appointment of several key members to its Executive Management team in the United States. Ronald Madden has been named Vice President - Global Sales; Arthur Halpern has been named Director - Global Marketing; Lee Webb has been named Senior Attorney Manager - Americas. All appointments reflect Cobra's recent growth and underscore the company's commitment to providing enhanced support and superior legal services to its growing client base.

Cobra's new sales and marketing team brings extensive collective experience to the company. The team will develop and implement fully integrated marketing strategies, as well as programs to generate new sales. In addition, they will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through continued innovation and the delivery of value added services.

Ronald Madden has over twenty years experience providing quality consulting and technology support services to top litigators and their corporate clients. Prior to joining Cobra, Ron worked for Mindcrest Inc. In October 2007, Ron opened the New York City office of CaseSight, a strategic graphics and trial support company, where he directed all of the company's business development activities. Ron has also worked for FTI Consulting, Z-Axis and Litigation Sciences, Inc. Ron received his A.B. degree in Social Relations from Colgate University and his M.A. in Communications and Media Studies from The New School for Social Research.

Arthur Halpern, who has been working as a consultant for Cobra since March 2010, joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, including nine years at Mayer Brown LLP where he worked in various marketing positions. In addition, Art has consulted with a variety of professional service companies, developing compelling and competitive corporate identities, and crafting innovative, enduring materials to support their business development efforts. He received a bachelor's degree in English from Wesleyan University.
