Code Green Apparel Achieves "Form Effect" on S1 Registration

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif., June 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Code Green Apparel Corp. (CGAC / OTC Pink) is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded the S1 Registration process with the Security Exchange Commission, reaching Form Effect status as of April 28, 2016.
