COGA's Workforce Program, "Attract, Train, Retain" Launching at Energy Epicenter Conference
DENVER, July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA) is pleased to present the first Workforce Development Program: Inspiring Peak Perfomance in the 21st Century Oil & Gas Workforce at the upcoming Rocky Mountain Energy Epicenter Conference on August 4th.
Kicking-off this half-day event will be Ms. Martha Burger, Senior Vice President, Human & Corporate Resouces, Chesapeake Energy. Ms. Burger will present, "Innovative Inspiration for Today's Workforce." Additional topics include "Retaining Talent in the Renewables Age," "Social Media Madness," "Incivility in the Workforce," and "Medical Marijuana."
