CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announced today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share payable on October 19, 2011 to stockholders of record on September 23, 2011.  The dividend covers the third quarter of 2011.
